Rules and Regulations
Minimum Stay / Cancellation Policy / Penalties
Minimum 3-night stay on Holidays
14 Day cancellation notice on all Holidays, failure to do so will result in your card on file being charged for a 3-night stay.
Minimum 2-night stay in cabins all other days. $50 cleaning fee assessed if only staying one night.
7-day cancellation notice, failure to do so will result in your card being charged for a 2-night stay.
Guests are responsible to advise park personnel if unable to arrive at check-in time. If no notification occurs within 12 hrs. of designated check-in time, Guest will be charged appropriate penalty, reservation will be cancelled, and site or cabin will be available for rental.
*$50 Fee will be applied, If garbage is left at Rv site
WE DO NOT REFUND DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS
If you decide to leave early during your stay, you will be charged for the days you stay, plus and extra day for early cancellation.
*All guests must be registered. Accepting access constitutes agreement to Resort Rules.
*5 mph speed limit.
*All vehicles must display a current pass or owner’s decal. All drivers must carry a valid license, and stop for park personnel. Golf carts must display a cart number.
*Street parking is prohibited. All streets should remain clear. No parking on grass. No overnight commercial vehicle parking.
*Owners and /or registered renters are responsible for their guests.
*Guests use all facilities at their own risk.
*All trash must be deposited in dumpsters.
*RV lots are Private Property-use paved roads. Use water/power connections on your site only.
*Guests may not use any Resort address for the purpose of enrolling a child in a public education institution as well as for mail or package delivery. Local PO box recommended.
*Drivers must obey all traffic signs and operate their vehicles in accordance with posted regulations, and applicable Federal, State and local laws.
*Use of vehicles within campgrounds and other recreation areas is limited to entering or leaving those areas.
*Leave natural areas the way you find them. Do not carve, chop, cut and damage any live trees.
*All plants, animals and park property are protected. The collection, destruction or disturbance of plants, animals or park property is prohibited.
*Fishing, boating, swimming and fires are allowed in designated areas only.
*Climbing in trees or otherwise is at your own risk.
*No Pets in Pool.
*All Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Outside contractors, including RV detailing, maintenance etc. Must provide office with valid Business license and proof of insurance before any work is performed at Renegades on the River. Also, said contractors are to sign in and out, provide site number and work performed.
Excessive water usage, including washing Cars, RV’s, and Motorcycles will be subject to additional charges.
Camping:
If you are staying in a cabin there is NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the cabins.
We have limited pet friendly cabins. Ask for details.
If you are staying in the campground, you must camp only in those places specifically provided or marked.
All vehicles, RV’s, and trailers must be parked on your campsite or driveway. Driving or parking off road is not permitted.
Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00 am. Please be considerate of others.
Camping for longer than a 90 –consecutive day period is prohibited.
If RV unit is connected to the sewer system sewer gaskets must be used.
*PROHIBITED: Window air conditioners, free standing satellite dishes, clothes lines.
Park in designated driveway only. No parking on empty sites.
*Maximum allowed per site: 1RV, 1vehicle, and 1 additional (boat, trailer or golf cart).
Campfires:
Obey any restrictions on fires. Fires may be limited or prohibited at certain times.
Within campgrounds and other recreation areas, fires may only be built in fire rings, grills, or fireplaces provided for that purpose.
Be sure your fire is completely extinguished before leaving. Do not leave your fire unattended. You are responsible for keeping fires under control.
Sanitation:
Help prevent pollution and nuisance animals by keeping garbage, litter, and foreign substances out of rivers, streams, and other waters.
All garbage and litter must either be deposited in containers provided, or taken with you when you leave.
Fireworks:
Use of fireworks or other explosives within campgrounds and other recreation areas is prohibited.
Pet Camping Rules:
For everyone’s enjoyment, including pets, please observe the following pet camping rules. Failure to abide by these rules may result in the camper being asked to board the pet outside the park or check out of the campground.
All pets must be up to date on vaccines.
No pets are to be left alone in cabins.
Pets must be confined, hand leashed and under the physical control of a person at all times. Leashes may not exceed six feet in length.
Pets must be well behaved at all times.
Pets must be confined in the owner’s camping unit during park quiet hours, 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets and properly dispose of all pet droppings in trash receptacles.
Any pet that is noisy, dangerous, intimidating or destructive will not be allowed to remain in the park.
Pets are not allowed in bath houses with the exception of “service animals”.
Barking dogs must be quieted immediately.
Absolutely no kennels, runs or leash lines.
Golf Carts, ATV’s, Scooters, Bicycles, ETC:
No powered vehicle can pull any bike, skateboard, roller-skates/blades, scooters, razors, etc.
Florida Statutes 316.2065 requires children under the age of 16 to wear a helmet at all times while on bikes, scooters, skateboards, roller skates/blades, etc.
ATV’s, mini bikes, dirt bikes, and similar type vehicles may not be used. They must remain on a trailer while in the Resort.
We are Golf Cart Friendly.
*Rules and Regulations may be changed at any time without prior notice.
*Persons violating these rules will be removed from the premises immediately.
*We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
